The Medicaid Waiver Program makes available funds to assist older and disabled Americans to remain in their home with assistance. There are many different waivers available. Each type of waiver has funding for a variety of services.

Any individual can complete an application. Eligibility can not be determined until an available slot is assigned. *You must be a Medicaid recipient by the start of services.*
What Services Are Available?
There are many different waivers available. Each type of waiver has funding for a variety of services. Services may vary from housekeeping and bathing assistance to Assisted Living.
What Are The Types Of Medicaid Waivers? (Parental income and resources disregarded for children under age 18)
Aged and Disabled Waiver
Must be aged or disabled and meet Nursing Facility Level of Care.
Medically Fragile Children's Waiver
Must be a medically fragile child, under the age of 18 and meet Skilled Nursing Facility Level of Care.
Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver
Must have a diagnosis of Traumatic Brain Injury and meet Nursing Facility Level of Care.
Assisted Living Waiver
Must be aged or disabled and meet Nursing Facility Level of Care.
Diversion Waiver
Must be a current Medicaid recipient, aged or disabled, meet Nursing Facility Level of Care, and in imminent danger of being placed in a nursing home if in-home services cannot be provided.
Conversion Waiver
Must be a current Medicaid recipient, aged or disabled, meet Nursing Facility Level of Care, and be a resident of a nursing home with the desire to return to the community.

Disabilities? (Parental income and resources disregarded for children under age 18)
Developmental Disability Waiver
Must be developmentally disabled and meet ICF/MR Level of Care.
Autism Waiver
Must have a diagnosis of Autism and meet ICF/MR Level of Care.
Support Services Waiver
Must be developmentally disabled and meet ICF/MR Level of Care.
