We provide services to low-income individuals and families to assist with becoming self-sufficient as well as to meet basic needs. They are as follows:

• Energy Assistance
• Weatherization
• Section 8 Housing (Available in communities where there is not a public housing authority to facilitate services)
• Information and Referral
• Outreach
• Family Development

Services under this program are provided in Jasper, Lake, Newton and Porter Counties.
