Northwest Indiana Community Action Reimagine Conference Ticket Giveaway
Official Rules
Eligibility:
The Northwest Indiana Community Action Reimagine Conference Ticket Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to all residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway will run from August 29th, 2023, starting at 12:00 AM Central Time, to September 15th, 2023, ending at 11:59 PM CT.
How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period:
– Like the original Giveaway post on Northwest Indiana Community Action’s Reimagine official Facebook page.
– Comment on the original Giveaway post with a thoughtful response related to the Northwest Indiana Community Action’s mission or the Reimagine Conference or who will you be taking if you win.
Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be announced on Northwest Indiana Community Action Reimagine’s official Facebook page within seven (7) days after the Giveaway Period ends.
Prize:
The winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Northwest Indiana Community Action Reimagine Conference, scheduled for October 12 & 13, 2023. The prize includes conference admission only and does not cover travel, accommodation, or any other expenses related to attending the conference.
Prize Claim:
The winner will be notified through a comment on their winning entry and a direct message on Facebook. The winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
General Conditions:
– By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Northwest Indiana Community Action.
– Northwest Indiana Community Action reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that it deems inappropriate or offensive.
– The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other substitutes.
– Northwest Indiana Community Action is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or other problems that may result in a participant’s inability to enter or claim the prize.
– Northwest Indiana Community Action reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.
Publicity:
By entering the Giveaway, participants grant Northwest Indiana Community Action the right to use their names, likenesses, and comments for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in the Giveaway, participants release and hold harmless Northwest Indiana Community Action and its affiliates from any liability arising from their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Governing Law:
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
